    I am a sophmore at Northern Illinois University, and my 2 year paid tuition runs out this year, and I am looking for additional grants and scholarships to apply for. I am a poliitcal science major, I am currently an NIU Young Democrat member. My background is I am part Hispanic so I would like to know if my background can help me attain additional Hispanic scholarships.
