Georgia is a great place to find scholarships. Many people seem to forget this fact and have it in their heads that getting financial assistance in Georgia is next to impossible. This is certainly not the case. We promise that if you have the will to succeed and you have a long list of scholarships to apply for you will have a great chance of actually obtaining one. So, we have decided to do something a bit different today.
One thing we noticed when researching this particular subject was the lack of an organized and effective plan of actually getting one of these scholarships. Sure, it is great to have a site that just lists out an arsenal of scholarships that you can apply for. However, we are well aware that people need more. They need to be told exactly what to do because actually applying for and winning a scholarship can be a tricky thing. As a result, this page will be a short step by step process of obtaining some form of assistance for college. We won’t waste any more of your time so lets get started.
State Scholarships in Georgia

We have had our staff hand pick the very best scholarships that Georgia has to offer. So, all the scholarships that you see below we personally feel that you have a chance to win. You won’t see an impossible scholarship here that requires you to hold a 4.0 GPA or go through a rigorous interview process.
Georgia HOPE Scholarship- If you are attending a Georgia college then this is the scholarship for you to apply for. We have been kind enough to provide a link to a page on their site that does a better job explaining the application requirements than we can. So, be sure to check that out.
GSCF- This is a helpful site we found that is home to some of the most popular Georgia scholarships. We felt it was important to include this site on this page since it can be viewed as a valuable resource for Georgia folks looking for a scholarship.
GTEG- The Georgia Tuition Equilization Scholarship is a non-need based grant. Again, we provided a link straight to the page of their site as they can do a much better job explaining the application requirements than we can.
